Third owner of a very hard to find, in good condition, 2005 Patriot 13' Deluxe( bathroom ! ), $14,900 just south of tucson ariz, bought 2023 Sep, used twice in ariz, selling because purchased a new 25' travel trailer. Max weight fully loaded was under 2,500 lbs - Exterior : Orig axle just 2200 lb, replaced with new 3500 lb axle and larger drum brakes replaced 2024 Jun, has zero road miles on it, orig tires were 14" and were replaced with new in 2023 with ST 205/75R15, orig interior batt location moved to tongue mount welded battery tray, new 2023 May battery, new 7 blade connector with extended 6' wire bundle cable, replaced old rusted safety chains, anti sway bar with hitch ball assy to mounting bracket, new dual 20# propane tanks 2024 never used never filled.... (read more) Front and rear trays with large storage boxes. Upgraded new style door latch - Interior : Memory foam seat/ bed cushions, table leg extensions for better leg room, Mod bath door mirror personal items storage cabinet, along with deco such as kitchen area vinyl style tiles, cling type decals, rear overhead storage trays, storage shelf above right seat, misc/ etc - Microwave, propane cook top. previous owner stated that orig owner replaced the fridge, runs on batt 110V or propane - installed new LED style running lites to rear, have the ones for the front amber. All exterior louver panels drilled off rivets and replaced with rivnuts/ screws for easy maint access. Replaced air conditioner worn out fabric material with diamond plate sheetmetal cover - Comes with 10' x 10' portable pop up canopy - Everything works, except : Overhead deco lite requires a switch wired to the overhead fan, fan is exhaust only. There is a very tiny drip from the back inlet line of the toilet, I did what others said they did which was to just install a water shut off valve. Water heater condition is unknown, never used it, previous owner said he never used it, have a new anode for it - solid flooring, no sponge/ soft spots, no water leaks thru windows nor roof, new round roof vents, removed old sealant off roof fan unit and sealed, applied 10 yr roof sealer to all roof items - retired non smoking couple owned. Body and interior fiberglass is in good condition inside and out, no dents nor any stress cracks. very easily towable with our V6 RAV 4 and will consider local towing if don't have vehicle ready( purchased it without having tow capability and owner brought it out to our home ! ) - Please, Serious Inquiries/ Comments Only . . .
