This coach presents in excellent overall condition for its age and mileage. Odometer reads just under 107,000 miles, and it's clear it has been well-maintained. The exterior shows very little, if any, noticeable defects, with paint and body panels in great shape. All bay doors, windows, and seals appear intact and functional.

Inside, the coach has been kept clean and inviting, with only minor cosmetic signs of use typical of a 2008 model. The only visible item worth noting is a cracked closet door mirror in the bedroom. Some fixtures show standard age-related discoloration, which is expected for its model year, but nothing that detracts from function or overall presentation.
