The seller reports that the exterior of the coach is in very nice condition, except for some clear coat peel at the roofline on the front cap. Otherwise, the exterior shows only very minor blemishes indicative of its age.

The interior is neat, clean, and odor-free. The seller has replaced the flooring with new LVP throughout and reports that all furnishings, cabinetry, and trim are in very nice condition.
