There were no noticeable previous leaks or soft spots.
The unit smelled nice and was beautifully arranged.
The seller has made many upgrades. This unit is very comfortable.
The owners have repainted the inside from a dark brown to a nice white which really brightens up the interior. The bathroom is painted blue and looks very nice.
The only thing was a small crack in the rubber on the back of the rubber on the steps in the entry way.
A ceiling vent cover needs to be reinstalled. The seller should be fixing that soon.
