The seller has been proactive with maintenance and upgrades as needed, including new slide toppers, tires (date code 4323), one-piece main awning with wind sensor, six batteries in 2025, a front a/c unit and thermostat, and motors on the rear a/c unit.

Overall, the coach was exceptionally clean inside & out, and well cared for. Only a few very minor issues were noted as follows:

The small awning over the entry door is not working currently. The front hood (pictured) has several scratches, purely cosmetic, from when the diamond shield was removed.

Also, some small repair tape on the passenger side mirror mount.

The small window awnings show their age. A couple of very minor marks on the passenger seat.

Two small chips were in the front windshield when the current owner purchased it. Ask for Mike Meindl.
