When you purchase this unit, you will own a bus with a stainless steel cage. It has a steel chassis; aluminum and stainless structural members are in the roof. The walls, floor, bridgework in the basement, and the exterior skin surrounding the house and basement are made entirely of stainless steel. The house batteries were replaced in October 2022, and the chassis batteries were replaced in the Fall of 2021.

The owner just changed the engine oil, generator oil, and transmission fluid, installed new bay heaters, and serviced the leveling jacks.

The generator was just pulled and serviced. The main bearing was replaced.

The interior gas cooktop has not been used, and the gas line has been unhooked. Neither the previous owner nor the current owner has ever cooked inside. They can be reconnected.
