There are a few spider cracks in the gel coat on the rear of the unit.

The roof is in good condition.

There is peeling of the leatherette fabric on the driver, passenger, and U-shaped dinette. This is a known manufacturer problem, not due to normal wear and tear. Ask for Kevin and Susan Davis.
