The interior is extremely clean, with no evidence of damage to the cabinetry, furniture, counters, or appliances. The sleeper sofa and free-standing chair are showing small areas of wear that would be consistent with a unit 10 years old.

The exterior full-body paint doesn't show signs of excessive wear or fading of the gel coat. There are a few spots with small scratches and nicks that would be consistent with its age.

The tires are original but in good condition. The unit has been stored under cover, and the tires are always covered when not in use.
