The RV's overall exterior condition is good for its age, as it is always covered when not in use.

The dash air conditioner is currently not blowing cold. The seller has had it fixed a few times, but continues to be a leak somewhere in the system. The seller does not intend on repairing it as he states he have to run one of the overhead ACs when it's hot outside anyway, while traveling, even when the dash AC works well. This is a pretty common occurrence with diesel pushers.

The body paint still shines nicely, and there are only a few minor chips and scrapes from normal wear and tear.

The front diamond shield is still in very serviceable condition with only minor drying of the adhesive behind it.

One of the dinette power window shade motors needs to be replaced.

The dishwasher water supply was disconnected because the seller did not use it. It will need to be reconnected to operate the dishwasher
