Overall, it's in great shape, and everything works. Due to its age, it will need tires.

Also, the floor is rotted at the one entry door. The Morryde stairs have a lip, and if they're not lowered at an angle, heavy rain would get in. The seller had the stairs down for a while, which caused the damage.
