The exterior looks great. The gel coat is in good condition. The tires are from 2021 and have plenty of tread. No visible damage to the exterior.

The interior is in good overall condition. There's a little wear on the sofa and recliners. The trim on one of the slides in the kitchen needs to be repaired in one small area. Most of the inside of the unit looks great.
