There are only minor signs of use on both the exterior and interior of the coach. Of course, as pictured, it does have peeling of the upholstery on the dinette and sofa that are common to coaches of this ear.

All major mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems are reported to be in working order by the owners and everything but the plumbing was used during the on-site visit.

There are a couple pending items that the new owners will need to attend to as the coach is in need of tires based on the 2016 date codes and sidewall cracking.

The owners also noted the convection portion of the microwave is not working either.

Given these pending items, the owners have priced the coach to allow a new owner to address them and still be under current, mileage adjusted, book value. Ask for Chad Detmer.
