You'll also appreciate having 1 1/2 bathrooms. The half bath is located next to the kitchen and bedroom and has a sink, medicine cabinet, and linen storage. The master bathroom is in the rear of the coach and has a sink with ample counter space for toiletries and a good-sized shower. The master bedroom also features a walk-around king-size bed with nightstands and power on either side, along with plenty of hanging storage space. This coach appears to be in good overall condition, with a few things that may need attention at some point, and the seller is taking care of a few things now.

The items that are being fixed soon are:
The generator is being serviced as it runs well but has been shutting off for no apparent reason.
The water pump is being replaced.
The passenger side slide topper is being fixed or replaced as it is not attached on part of the top.

The outside paint is in good condition, showing some wear, but overall it looks great!

The front right corner of the coach has some damage that the new owner may or may not want to have fixed. It does not hinder use at all.

Inside the coach, everything works as it should, per the seller.

The upholstery is in great condition except for the arms and some other small areas on the settee where the seller has put some tape to stop the peeling.

All appliances, cabinetry, and flooring appear to be in very good condition.

The wood frame around the refrigerator has a small area that was scraped a bit, as shown in the photos.
