The generator was serviced, and the patio awning and the slide-out motor were replaced in 2022.

The interior floor was installed on top of the existing floor, and the walls and cabinets were painted to brighten up the interior.

The Azdel panels on the exterior were intact and showed some fading. Metal parts on the exterior were showing some oxidation, see photos.

Upholstery is cracking which was typical of the model and year of this unit, see photos.

The drop-down bed is not lowering and needs to be serviced.
