Keep in mind that this fifth wheel is almost 10 years old

STRUCTURALLY SOLID
No issues, no leak, EVERYTHING WORKS
Any issues are cosmetic. It's 10 years old and was used for 10 years.

Furniture is peeling - still comfortable
Carpet needs to be cleaned
Exterior decals are not peeling but have some cracking

Again structurally this thing is in EXCELLENT condition.
