(read more) The main living area is spacious and has plenty of seating, with a convertible sofa, convertible settee, a separate lounge chair, and both front seats swivel to become part of the main living area. You'll find a double kitchen sink, convection microwave, a 3-burner stovetop, and a mid-sized, gas and electric refrigerator-freezer in the kitchen. There's also a pantry and lots of counter and storage space throughout the coach.The bathroom is located between the kitchen and the master bedroom and has folding doors on either side for privacy. It features a toilet, sink and large vanity. There's also more storage room in the bathroom. The walk-in shower is on the opposite side of the coach, across from the bathroom, and has a skylight for ambient light. The paint is in good condition in most areas, clean and shiny! There are a few spots near the roof that do have some peeling.

Inside the coach, everything works as it should per the seller. All upholstery is in good condition, with no rips or tears noticed.

The flooring is in great shape except for one small nick that was noticed.

The tires are dated 05/17 and need to be replaced. There is also some mold under the 3M clear coat on the front of the coach, which can be removed for about $2,500.

The slide toppers have a rip in the corner, but they still work as they should. But they will need attention sometime soon.
