There are minor signs of use on both the interior and exterior, with some minor fading here and there and a few spots starting to peel on the leatherette upholstery of the stadium recliners.

All mechanical systems are properly maintained and in working order.

A trip up top finds a solid roof with no signs of water issues and everything properly sealed.

Visually, the tires look good with no signs of sidewall cracking, but due to age, it is something a new owner will want to have professionally inspected prior to a long trip. Ask for Chad Detmer.
