We are moving and no longer have a need for this 2012 Forest River Mini Lite travel trailer.

This travel trailer (RV) was mainly used as a place to stay while working on vacant land. It has been modified inside to accommodate a manual wheelchair user. We have owned the RV for less than a year, but it was previously owned. We have put in new flooring, painted the inside, and updated the curtains (all within the last year). There are two sitting/sleeping areas that are equipped with a queen-sized and twin-sized mattresses, respectively.... (read more) The standup shower was custom built to accommodate a shower chair, with the floor and walls made of cedar wood. Extra storage available near the shower as a result of this remodel.

**All systems function. Needs some minor work, but perfect for someone who can give it a little love.**
