Also shown in the photos, the extra set of special steel studded snow tires are dated 2022, manufactured by HAKKAPELITTA. All told this set of snow tires has approximately 4500 miles of use per the seller.

The engine and generator were recently serviced. The oil used in both is AMSOIL and MOBILE 1. This RV has a history of frequent lubrication and filter changes.

The roof is white as snow and properly sealed (see pictures). The seller purchased a new front roof vent cover and will install it shortly.
