Bought from original owner, was mainly used as a guest room. Trailered well, new bearings and tires, Increase in both water tanks to 30 gallon capacities, and new upholstery are noted additions to original specifications. Title in hand, registration expired as it’s been stored unseen since purchased. Now located to be shown for sale by friends.
