The appliances and electronics are in good working condition, as are the plumbing, flooring, and upholstery.

The outside body is in good condition, and the roof is working fine with no leaks.

The tires are about two years old, and the suspension is road-ready.

There are a few problems with the engine A/C, one of the roof A/Cs, and the outside TV, but the problems are fixable.
