Tire codes on the front are 2017. The age of the rear tires is unknown. All tires have good tread.

The interior surfaces are in good shape generally. The upholstery on the dinette is intact. The upholstery on the sofa is cracking; see photos. The floors are gorgeous.

The exterior surfaces are beginning to show some age and have occasional scratches from branches. A trim piece is loose on the side panel behind the driver's door. It does not affect the interior of the RV; see photos.

The engine and generator started right up, and the generator has only about 140 running hours of use. Ask for Jim Kerpan.
