It displays typical sun fade for the year but nothing excessive. The slide seals look good, the roof is reported to be in good shape and the tires are in good shape.
The awning leading edges are torn, they have been temporarily patched but will need to be professionally repaired/patched.
The interior shows normal wear and tear, the living room TV is a little slow to rise/retract but likely only needs adjusting. The hitch is included for the truck bed, can be seen in photos. Ask for Douglas Wells.
