The upholstery on the main sofa shows signs of cracking and peeling.

A few dinette cushions have stains.

The roof rear bathroom fan is missing a cover in the photos. A replacement cover has already been installed.

Mid-slide-out with sofa on it has damaged trim on the bottom (see photo).

Wallpaper on bedroom wall near entrance door is bubbling and detaching (see photos).

According to the seller, the roof was recently recoated.

Driver-side basement double door needs replacement latch/lock (currently taped up).

The furnace access panel is missing cover.

Water heater is not working.
