The seller recently replaced the batteries. The tires are original with a date code of 3117. The seller has had the RV regularly maintained at the dealership and has all the owner's manuals.

The only flaw noted is the sofa and passenger seat have a small area on the upholstery that is peeling. Overall, the upholstery is in good shape, along with the rest of the coach. The seller reports no known issues or leaks.
