It is has been used and has a few issues for which the asking price has been adjusted.

One of the A/C's needs repaired or replaced, the decals have faded, the wooden floor vent in carpeted steps has a piece missing, and needs new awning fabric (awning mechanics work fine). The battery needs to be replaced, and one of the slides needs the bottom wood panel replaced.

The roof has been sealed, and a dual water filtration system was always used to ensure that hard water issues would not impact the RV's plumbing system.

The trailer needs a good cleaning and a new home!
