It is 19 foot 1985. Overall good condition. It has been parked for almost 10 years. Fiberglass is in great shape. No damage. No holes or scrapes or scratches. The frame is in good shape. No accidents no damage. It has awning (Catalina 2500) great condition Works exactly how its supposed to. The windows are all intact. No cracks or damage. It has 3 burner stove and 2 way fridge. Furnace along with two propane bottles. Has new gas lines, just need to be hooked up.... (read more) The fridge, stove, and furnace all worked last time camper was used. It has plywood/OSB subfloor. Overall good condition. One small spot under bench needs attention. No toilet or shower. Floor in bathroom area needs reinforced or replaced. Three roof vents could use replacing. No major leaks. There was quite a bit of condensation t7{his last winter. Electric brakes. Twenty amp power converter with battery charger. Five low voltage wall lights need replaced. Includes gooseneck hitch that mounts in bed of pickup truck.
