The heart of the home is the kitchen, which has a residential-size refrigerator, a 3-burner stove, and a convection/microwave oven. The Pacifica is powered by a formidable Caterpillar C7 Turbo diesel engine that makes 850 lbs of torque. Towing capacity is 10,000 lbs; this owner tows a jeep with ease. A high-capacity 8.0kW diesel generator powers the house when away from plug-in power. A 2000W inverter is installed as well.Big basement storage includes two sliding trays and pass-through access that spans most of the RV front to back. The air handler onboard is a basement-mounted Coleman 2-Ton unit with ceiling ducting. Two electronic ignition furnaces keep the RV warm and extend travel in winter months.
