Did not observe any obvious staining to the ceiling, and the flooring appears in excellent condition.

The faux leather furniture upholstery appears to be free of stains but is starting to peel in places.

Update 12/31/23: The buyer has had the peeling furniture upholstery replaced at a cost of about $9,000. See photos at the end of the sequence. Ask for Aaron Etzkin.
