There are a few known conditions - there is a small damaged area on the side cap of the roof over the passenger door - the seller is in the process of having this fixed - a recent storm dropped debris that caused this, but it is in a spot where there is no water damage to the roof or internal areas.

The laminate counter on the driver's left has separated in a few places. The driver and passenger captains chairs have started to show wear.
