The owner was given a 7k estimate for the repair and built this cost into the recent price reduction.

This 2017 Momentum 399th is in good condition. It has some modifications. The sofa and carpet were removed so that there is a place to lock down the racks. The bed in the main bedroom has been removed.

The only item that needs fixing is on one of the slide outs the seal needs to be replaced. We were going to have that done but the repair place was out of stock and would take a long time to order at the time.

Awning arms & motors for both awnings were replaced around July of 2022 in addition to a battery replacement at the same time
