It had a new roof four years ago, the front tire has less than 5000 miles, and the rear tires are about ten years old.Side windows were both replaced in the last two years. When the unit was manufactured, it had a parking brake and was replaced with an actual park gear and emergency brake; this is a big improvement per seller....
