New all around, including spare.
All new windows, installed with self-sealing 2 piece weatherstrips-Self-locking.
New front window Lexicon so rocks won’t shatter it.
New in 2020 Magic Tilt model ALS 15-17 Boat trailer modified for camper trailer.

2020 1X Dexter #10 3500lb Torflex Axle with electric brakes, invoice attached.
Aluminum storage box on tongue, which has Lp tank with regulator, 2 burner stove, two awnings, electric hook up cord, and some other items.... (read more)
There is a large PVC 4” I think behind the aluminum storage box that holds the awning poles.
No leaks, no mold or mildew. I covered all the cushions, leaving the original covers on.
There is AC unit in the back window. Just a couple of years old, and will freeze you out.
The frame in the back holds the spare and anything else you may want to carry.
Original converter that works. New wiring. All outlets work.
