It is neat, clean, and odor free and the sellers report that all systems are operational.

The interior furnishings are in very good condition with no blemishes noted. Appliances show little use and the seller reports the oven has never been used.

The seller reports that there was a leak around the dinette window which has left some minor damage to the interior paneling (see pictures). The leak has been repaired.

The exterior of the coach shows well, with no noted sun fade or significant blemishes. See photos for condition detail.
