The roof appears intact and there are no visible signs of leakage.

Overall, the exterior needs a good wash. Especially the rear exterior, as it has some residue from the tree above. Some decals have faded.

Patio Awning is very weathered and contains many holes. It still provides shade but no protection from the rain. Will need awning fabric replacement.

Tires have lots of tread and 2015 date codes. Ask for Richard Salinas.
