They have receipts that show the two ac units have been recently replaced by the previous owner.

The seller says that the house battery was replaced in June 2022.

You will see that on the outside there are some scrapes and minor dents.

There is a light cover on the driver's side, about midway back that needs to be replaced.

On the inside, there is a cabinet door by the dinette in the pictures that has a crack but is still functional.
