What makes this camper special is other than when camping, this pop-up has spent 100% of its life covered. Initial owner kept it in a barn. Second owner only owned it 5-weeks (He thought it would be big enough for his three kids, wife, two dogs and MOTHER-IN-LAW!!). I have always kept it in my garage. I don't think you could find a more spoiled and well cared for 2002 pop-up. It was purchased for its air conditioner, which works fantastic and its two very comfortable king size beds.... (read more) Plus the pull out booth turns into another bed. Please understand, I have a wife and three daughters. We GLAMPED, and did not camp. We never used the shower or toilet because we only camped in campgrounds with showers and bathrooms. We rarely used the sink and always cooked on the outdoor propane stove that attaches to the side of the camper and runs off the propane. The camper has a great radio/CD stereo system and lots of storage. The canvas is pristine. I am selling the camper COMPLETELY outfitted with everything from coffee maker, space heater and pots and pans to board games, puzzles and linens. Food, that is the only thing you would need if you were to tow this baby off to camp for the weekend. From my assessment the only issues are: one wonky switch that could be replaced, two missing bungee cords for one drape, and one broken plastic clip. Blue Book on the camper is $5500-$6500. I am listing it for $6000. or best offer. Please let me know if you have any questions.
