The only reason we are selling our motorhome is due to my mother's medical bills, otherwise we would not part with it. It is being listed for a low price because of the time frame we have.
We drove it up from Florida to Tennesse just this past year. It has only 13,700 miles on it. We have plenty of receipts to go with it, including the original sales receipt when bought new.
The engine (Ford Triton v10) was replaced a couple years back with a brand new one due to a family member starting it with no fluids in it when it was winterized (I have the receipt for that).... (read more) The engine and the professional labor to have it installed was almost $10,000. But the miles on the rv are the actual miles on the chasis.
*new lifetime roof ($4700)
*professionaly installed new engine
*Automatic Power Jacks
*washer/dryer combo
*side by side refrigerator
.
It has one big slide out in the living room.. i didn't list all the emenities the rv comes with, because they are what comes with the rv new. The pics show a recining sofa, a dinette, and a TV stand with a TV. Those can be included if you want them or I can remove them. It does not come with the mattress for the bed so we removed it, as most people don't want a used mattress. The TV shelf unit in the bedroom was added by me so I could have a larger flat screen in there.
*Issues--The front tires has some flat spots which caused it to shake some, but it made it to Tennessee with no issues. If you are planning on taking a long trip, it wouldn't hurt to replace the front tires. The rooftop ac units stopped working while we were in Florida, but we bought a new portable ac unit from Home Depot that worked just fine (yes, even in the Florida heat..haha). This ac unit is included. You can buy brand new rooftop units from camping world farly cheap if you decided to replace them, but the portable works just fine. The windshield has a crack, but it does not cause any issues with seeing out of it. It's only on one side and the crack does not go all the way through.
I expect it will sell quickly due to the extremely low miles and the low price. I have done my homework and it would be difficult to find a similar class A motorhome for this price. Like I mentioned, this is only being sold because we have more pressing things to contend with. We have had many good times with it, and it will be missed, but momma comes first.
If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Please ignore the fact that ot can use a bath. I have not had the opportunity to wash it.
Thank you.
