The flooring is 1/4 inch waterproof laminate hardwood.It has air conditioning at the dash but not a rooftop unit. The rear-mounted Fantastic Fan is enough to keep you cool at night, and it and the television are powered by a deep cycle battery. There is an extendable TV antenna, so no need for satellite TV. The television also has a built in DVD player.You will love the extra-large toolboxes, custom handles, and extra cabinets for storage, many extras. Some of the cabinets are cedar lined. Full-size shower with toilet and extra night lights. The shower and bathroom are well designed with lots of storage and safety features.The current owner has welded locking toolboxes all around the outside of the unit.
