A beautiful wood desk to make a convenient office area.

Three slideouts make a nearly 12' wide living room

Equalizer anti-sway 4-point hitch assembly ($600+ new)
Two 30 lb. propane tanks with cover
Lots of outdoor storage
50 amp power
Folding carry/bicycle rack on rear
Awning toppers on all slides
Electric Awning with brand new fabric (replaced last year, hasn't been open since)
Tires are all Goodyear Marathons, Load Range E, all in good shape with less than 1000 miles on them, some even less than that.
Control panel for slides and lights just inside the entrance door.
Unusual and very useful coat closet just above control panel, which is conveniently located right at the entrance. That means you can open all your slides and your electric awning even before you step up into the RV!
There is a high ceiling and it has a paddle fan.
Kitchen has lots of cupboard space, a 3-burner gas stove, a refrigerator with separate freezer, a microwave oven, and a stainless steel double sink. We put a new, extended Corian top on the moveable island (which also has storage) and added two stools for our primary eating area.
We replaced the original fold-out couch with a beautiful desk to make an office area. It has a sliding base for a printer in the right compartment, three drawers on the left, and a center drawer. Also has two cupboards above it.
The living room is at the rear, with a gorgeous huge picture window at the back, so every campsite becomes a beautiful frame. Two forest green wingback recliners sit on either side of a small table with a cupboard underneath. There are more cupboards above that.
The entertainment area includes a big flat screen TV and a console that includes DVD player, USB input, AM/FM/Weatherband radio.
Beneath that is one of our favorite features, an electric fireplace! It can generate flames and heat, or flames only, all remotely controlled.
We revamped the dining area. Since we had the breakfast bar for eating (and there was only the two of us), we removed the dining table, as we found it got in the way of watching TV. You can either leave it open, or put in your own dining table or booth, or add a pull out sofa if you need an extra bed.
All of the windows have an ivory colored blind (except the bedroom, where I upgraded to evergreen-colored black out shades), plus I upgraded the drapes. The original plain brown ones simply framed the windows, they didn't actually close. I replaced those with a heavy duty tapestry-weight material with a nice pattern, so all windows now have a close-able drape for privacy.
All of the windows are tinted so you can look out but people can't look in, at least during the day.
The bathroom has a large corner shower, an extra medicine chest that didn't come with the original unit, but we added for extra storage, and we upgraded the original laminate sink counter with high end Corian, and the original plastic sink with porcelain.
There is a Splendide Washer/Dryer combo, the kind where you put in a load and it both washes and dries in one go. You can also just wash or just dry, just like a regular machine.
We also added another cupboard to better utilize an empty space the builder left above the washer, raising the original cupboard up a bit to make room for it, which gave us a nice space to store all our laundry supplies.
There is access to the bathroom by TWO entrances, one by the front entrance door, the other, directly from the bedroom. This proved to be an invaluable feature for my late husband. :-)
The bedroom has a very plush, extremely comfortable, practically new 15" thick queen mattress. The closet extends the width of the unit and has three mirrored doors, plus a TV cupboard and a dresser for even more storage. The bedroom slide gives you an extra wide space as well. All the blinds in the bedroom were upgraded to be room darkening, plus the upgraded curtains which are the same as in the living room.
There is a rare 85-gallon fresh water tank (more than twice the usual size). Of course, there are the usual black and gray holding tanks. There are two air-conditioners, the one in the living room is ducted throughout, and the one in the bedroom is an extra upgrade with a separate thermostat. There is a ducted gas furnace as well, which is controlled by the same thermostat as the main air-conditioner.
These Open Range trailers were made for high mileage, with heavy-duty frames and strong structures, but is still light-weight for it's size. This is unlike many brands that only expect it to be hauled a few times in the summer and have much more flimsy frames. We bought it new in 2013, though technically it's a 2012 unit. The laminate sides are gorgeous and easy to maintain, though some of the decals are fading. We've conditioned the roof at least once a year since we've had it and haven't had any leaks anywhere, even around the slide-outs. I just went up and re-sealed it, even though I didn't find any cracks or any indications of wear or cracking.
One small item to be noted. We broke off the DTV antenna early on, but since we never used it, we didn't replace it (we did satellite TV), even though we have a new antenna to replace it with. Since we have low hanging trees along our driveway, we decided not to put it on, but we'll let you have the new antenna so you can do that yourself.
Finally, I'd be happy to deliver the unit locally, set it up, and provide a tutorial in how everything works if you need it. I have the free and clear title in hand. Highly motivated to sell!
